The Dirgo kitchen dream was founded in Byers, Colorado when Chris was only 4 he dreamt of starting his own restaurant. Sitting on his grandparents floor with kitchen gadgets as toys, he would pretend he was making pizzas, chicken nuggets, and cookies to share with his family who always humored his imagination and love of cooking and seasonal ingredients.
